These Terms govern your use of Stonkz Cloud (stonkz.space), the Stonkz Minecraft plugin, and related services operated by MBCZ("we", "us").Stonkz is a product name of MBCZ. By signing in or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Billing

Stonkz Cloud subscriptions are sold by MBCZ and processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Eligibility

Stonkz Cloud sign-in requires a Discord account in our community server with the assigned Buyer and Stonkz roles. Those roles reflect your purchase of Stonkz Premium through our authorized storefront. We may revoke access if roles are removed or obtained fraudulently.

Stonkz Cloud

Cloud provides hosted dashboards, API keys, and market history storage. A one-time 30-day trial may start on your first eligible Discord sign-in. After the trial, continued Cloud access requires an active paid subscription processed through Paddle unless we state otherwise in writing.

License keys

Premium plugin license keys are issued through our Discord bot and DRM system. Keys are personal, non-transferable, and subject to hardware/IP limits described in product documentation. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the API, attempt to bypass authentication, overload our infrastructure, scrape other users' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimer

Stonkz and Stonkz Cloud are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or fitness for a particular server configuration. We are not liable for lost profits, corrupted worlds, or indirect damages arising from plugin or Cloud use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
