Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from MBCZ("we", "us") for Stonkz products and services, including Stonkz Cloud at stonkz.space.

14-day refund window (Stonkz Cloud)

For your first paid Stonkz Cloud subscription processed through Paddle, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date by contacting us through our Discord server (link on stonkz.space). Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

After the 14-day window, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Digital delivery

Stonkz Cloud is a digital service (hosted dashboards, API keys, and market history). Access begins when your subscription is activated. The 14-day period starts on the date Paddle charges your payment method for the first subscription payment, not when you first sign in.

Cancellations vs refunds

You may cancel Stonkz Cloud at any time through Paddle or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already paid outside the 14-day window. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

Stonkz Premium (plugin license)

Stonkz Premium Minecraft plugin licenses purchased through BuiltByBit or other authorized storefronts are governed by that storefront's refund rules, not this page. Contact that seller for license purchase refunds.

Trials

The 30-day Stonkz Cloud trial granted on first eligible Discord sign-in does not require payment. No refund applies because no charge is made for the trial itself.

When we may grant exceptions

We may approve refunds outside this policy for duplicate charges, billing errors, or prolonged service outages caused by us. Contact us with your Paddle receipt or transaction ID.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in revocation of Cloud access and license entitlements.

Merchant of record

Stonkz Cloud payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle") as merchant of record. Paddle's standard buyer terms also apply at checkout.
